How long have you been in business?
We’ve been training clients since 2000 and our first Philadelphia personal training facility opened its doors in Bala Cynwyd in 2001. Our other gyms in Hatboro, Wayne and Moorestown opened in 2005, 2006 & 2009. We opened Haddonfield in 2010 and Voorhees in 2022.

How many trainers do you have?
We have several personal trainers in Philadelphia and New Jersey. Although our numbers fluctuate, we usually have at least ten trainers on our staff. Our trainers range in age, expertise and approach and we we will match your goals and needs with the trainer best suited to reaching them.

Where are your gyms located?We have personal training gyms in Bala Cynwyd, Philadelphia, Hatboro, PA, Wayne, PA , Moorestown, New Jersey, Haddonfield and Voorhees.
Do you have designed programs you put your clients on?No. Personal training, by definition, is personal. When you join us as a client, we’ll assess your needs and goals and develop a program to suit. However, as advocates of a “fitness for life” approach, we generally don’t put you on a program with a fixed duration. Rather, we develop programs you can use throughout your life, along with goals to match.
Is there any particular sort of training you specialize in?
No, we design many different program types for our clients, including programs which emphasize strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, injury recovery, etc. We use a number of popular techniques, including TRX, yoga, Pilates as well as traditional strength training and cross-training techniques.

Do you offer class-based personal training?At vTrainers, our focus is on personal training. Additional family members are allowed to attend sessions as guests for a small additional fee but our principal focus is on one-on-one personal fitness.
At what time during the day can I schedule my personal training sessions?vTrainers is committed to accommodating the hectic lives of our clients. Personal training sessions can be scheduled at your convenience, anytime of the day or evening.
Do your gyms offer parking?Yes, all our gyms have ample, free parking.
